People often ask me what my workout routine is. The answer is that I primarily do barre! I also like to rotate my workouts and incorporate HIIT workouts, cycling and running.

My skincare routine has always been pretty basic. Cleanse, moisturize, apply sunscreen, cleanse again at night, apply a nighttime moisturizer before I get too tired and fall asleep.
